Two-Year Comprehensive Warranty
BESTTOP warrants all new refrigerated components, including the cabinet and all parts, to be free from defects in materials or workmanship. This warranty is valid for a period of 2 years from the date of original installation, or 27 months from the shipment date from BESTTOP, whichever occurs first. During this period, any defective part will be repaired or replaced at BESTTOP’s discretion, including associated labor costs. Labor coverage is limited to standard straight-time charges and reasonable travel time, as determined by BESTTOP.
Additional Three-Year Compressor Warranty
In addition to the above, BESTTOP provides an extended warranty on the sealed compressor for a further 3 years from the date of original installation, not exceeding 5 years in total, provided the unit is under normal and proper use with maintained service. If the compressor is found defective within this extended period, BESTTOP will repair or replace it—or its components—with a part of similar design and capacity, at its discretion. Please note: This extended compressor warranty covers only the sealed compressor itself. It does not cover the cabinet, paint finish, temperature controls, refrigerant, metering device, motor starting equipment, fan assembly, or any other electrical or external components.
